After spending 18 years coaching, training, and developing teams for one of the world’s largest non-profits, I understand the complexity of leading inside a huge organization. I also have launched small teams in new locations from scratch and know the grit of pioneering and entrepreneurship. My work has always involved crossing cultures, including living overseas. I’ve helped teams bridge gaps across conflict collisions, generational misunderstandings, and cultural disconnects. Clarity and cohesion in a team helps everyone excel, and I’m here to activate that change.
